JUNE 4, 2026 - Stonhard, the global leader in high-performance seamless flooring, wall, and lining systems, has acquired PAVA, an Italian manufacturer recognized for its innovative resin-based flooring and coating technologies.

The acquisition strengthens Stonhard’s position in the resinous flooring market while expanding its capabilities in decorative and specialty resin solutions. It also supports the company’s continued investment in European manufacturing, research, development, and installation capabilities.

Founded in 1978, PAVA has built a strong reputation for developing advanced mineral and resin-based systems used across a wide range of sectors, including construction, food production, healthcare, and commercial environments.
