High-strength grout was used to patch the surface, followed by the application of a high-solids primer. After allowing the floor to cure, the epoxy coating was installed. Joints were then cut and filled with backer rod and a flexible polyurethane sealant, a method that ensures the coating remains intact and resistant to cracking caused by joint movement.
