Project Overview

Nazar Holdings, with more than 40 years in the premium automotive sector, has launched its first Ferrari pre-owned and service showroom in Tbilisi, Georgia, Europe. This space required a flooring solution that would meet rigorous performance standards while reflecting the sophisticated brand identity of the showroom.

Challenges & Requirements

The showroom’s existing concrete slab, though structurally sound, lacked the aesthetic appeal for a luxury setting. The ideal floor would need to meet several aesthetic and performance essentials: visual elegance, durability under constant foot traffic and vehicle movement, slip resistance, easy cleaning and maintenance, and color stability under intense lighting.

Solution

Stonhard recommended Crush, a trowel-applied resinous floor from its luxury brand, Liquid Elements. The custom “Titanium” floor design, featuring natural aggregates, complements the sculpted forms and bold finishes of Ferrari vehicles, allowing them to remain the focal point, while creating a refined, contemporary space. Installed over 1,600 sq. ft., Crush provides a chic and sophisticated surface that is easy to clean, slip resistant, and UV resistant.
